Course Sequence in Nevada
The Culinary Arts CTE program typically includes:
Level I – Introduction to Culinary Arts: Foundational safety, sanitation, and basic cooking skills
Level II – Culinary Arts Advanced: Expanded preparation techniques, baking, and menu development
Students who complete the sequence and pass state end-of-program assessments earn the Nevada CTE Certificate of Skill Attainment.
